Knowledge sharing, cooperation, training: We prepared and held hundreds of meetings on various topics with staff and external stakeholders (e.g. companies, U of Ljubljana, etc.).
Public procurement: We prepare technical documentation and realize public procurements (computer equipment, landline and mobile telephony, student identity cards, MFDs, Oracle maintenance, network, AIPS, diplomas).
Acquired several industry certificates; we started with zero (0) and worked our way towards certificates ITIL, PRINCE2, CISCO, Veeam, Microsoft, VMWare, Certified Business Process Manager.
We set up a system of authorized users at faculties (ICT coordinators, e-learning coordinators), organized staff training, held regular information, professional and steering meetings, etc.
